Terms and Conditions of 888verde — Clear Rules for a Transparent Relationship

For the purposes of interpreting this document, the terms below have the following meanings:

• 888verde / Platform: the website, systems, applications, and services operated under the 888verde.net domain and its subdomains.
• User / You: any individual, aged 18 or older, who creates an account and uses 888verde's services.
• Account: the individual profile registered at 888verde, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• Balance: the amount in BRL (R$) available in the User's account for betting, after confirmed deposits and deduction of withdrawals and settled bets.
• Bet: any financial transaction placed by the User on a sporting event, casino game, poker table, or any other category available on the platform.
• Bonus: credits, free spins, or other benefits granted by 888verde under specific conditions published on the platform.
• Rollover / Wagering Requirement: the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• KYC (Know Your Customer): the identity verification process required by the platform to release withdrawals and certain features.
• Pix: instant payment system from the Central Bank of Brazil, used as the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 888verde.

By accessing or using any service provided by 888verde, you confirm that:

• Is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Is accessing the platform of their own free will, without any coercion;
• The information provided at registration is truthful, complete, and up to date;
• Has read and agrees to all terms set out in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and with the policies of Responsible Gaming;
• Is not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.

Acceptance of this agreement takes effect at the moment of account creation or upon first use of the platform following the publication of a new version of the Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account at 888verde, the User must:

• Be an individual at least 18 years of age;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Provide an active email address and a valid Brazilian mobile number;
• Create a personal password, which must not be shared with third parties;
• Not have any other active account on the platform (see item 3.3).

3.2 Registration Prohibitions

Creating an account at 888verde if the User:

• Is under 18 years of age;
• Already holds an active account or one previously closed due to a rules violation;
• Is an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an 888verde collaborator;
• Has self-excluded from the platform and the exclusion period has not yet expired.

3.3 One Account per User

Each User may hold only one account on 888verde. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, with possible retention of pending balances pending review.

The 888verde is required by regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements to verify users' identities before processing withdrawals. The verification process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is simple and straightforward.

4.1 Required Documents

• Valid government-issued photo ID: RG, CNH, or Passport (front and back, in good quality);
• Proof of address showing your name and current address (utility bill for electricity, water, or gas, or a bank statement issued within the last 90 days);
• In specific cases, a selfie holding your identity document may be requested.

4.2 Review Period

The compliance team of 888verde reviews submitted documents within 24 business hours. Documents with poor image quality, past their expiration date, or with information that does not match the registered details may result in a re-submission request or an extended review period.

4.3 Limitations Prior to Verification

Before completing KYC verification, the User may deposit and place bets normally. However, withdrawals are blocked until the verification process is approved. 888verde recommends starting verification right after registration to avoid any delays when withdrawing winnings.

The 888verde accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$):

• Pix: instant deposit, confirmed in under 5 seconds, available 24/7, including holidays. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Boleto bancário: processing time of up to 2 business days after payment. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo): immediate processing in most cases. Minimum: R$ 30.00;
• Debit card: instant processing. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• PicPay: digital wallet, instant processing. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• Mercado Pago: digital wallet, instant processing. Minimum: R$ 20.00;
• TED Transfer: available through any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Inter, Caixa, Santander, and others). Minimum: R$ 50.00.

The 888verde does not charge fees on deposits. The User should check whether their bank charges fees for wire transfers, as those fees are the responsibility of the financial institution, not the platform.

5.1 Deposit Restrictions

Users must deposit only from accounts or cards in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. Balances from deposits do not authorize betting until the transaction has been fully processed and confirmed by the platform.

The minimum withdrawal at 888verde is R$ 50.00. Available withdrawal methods are: Pix (within 15 minutes), TED bank transfer (within 1 business day), PicPay (within 1 hour), and Mercado Pago (within 1 hour). Pix withdrawals are available 7 days a week, including national holidays.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account with approved KYC verification;
• Withdrawal requested to the User's own account/Pix key;
• No pending bets or open security investigations;
• Meeting rollover requirements when there is an active bonus on the account.

6.2 Security Review

For first withdrawals, amounts above certain limits, or recent changes to account details, 888verde may carry out an additional security review that extends the processing time to up to 24 hours. The User will always receive an email explaining the status of the request.

6.3 Withdrawal Refusal

888verde reserves the right to refuse or cancel withdrawal requests in cases of: suspected fraud, pending or incomplete KYC verification, bonus-originated balance not fully released, or indications of a breach of these Terms.

The 888verde offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, poker freerolls, and other incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the offer page before you sign up. Users should read the conditions of each promotion individually.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid for one use per CPF, IP address, and residence;
• The standard rollover requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion;
• Bonuses not converted within the validity period are automatically canceled with no refund;
• Bets settled via cash out, voided bets, and bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the rollover;
• 888verde reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of detected abuse.

7.2 Bonus Balance vs. Real Balance

Bonus balance and deposited (real) balance are kept separate in the User's account. Bets are deducted first from the real balance and then from the bonus balance, unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Only the real balance can be withdrawn at any time — the bonus balance must meet the rollover requirement before it can be converted into withdrawable balance.

Sports Betting at 888verde cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and others), MMA and UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

8.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid and confirmed only after the on-screen confirmation is received and recorded in the User's account history. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure before the event starts are not valid.

8.2 Postponed or Canceled Events

• Events postponed by more than 24 hours: bets are canceled and the amount is returned to the User's balance;
• Permanently canceled events: bets are canceled and the full amount is refunded;
• Matches ended early with a defined result accepted by the organizing body: bets are settled based on the official result.

8.3 Odds Errors

In cases of clearly incorrect odds due to a technical failure (data entry errors, feed delay, etc.), the 888verde reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds, returning the staked amount to the User's balance. The platform will notify the User by email in the event of a cancellation.

8.4 Live betting and cash out

Live bets are subject to real-time market availability. Cash out may be offered on certain bets and events, as indicated in the interface. The cash out value is calculated in real time and can change every second — the offer is only valid at the exact moment the User confirms it.

The casino and poker section at 888verde operate with RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent audit for digital games. The live casino operates with real dealers via real-time streaming, subject to the live content provider's rules.

9.1 Technical Failure

If a technical failure occurs during a casino round or poker hand, the round/hand is declared void and the wagered amount is returned to the User's balance. 888verde is not responsible for connection failures on the User's end that interrupt a gaming session.

9.2 Poker — Disconnection During a Hand

In the event of a disconnection during a poker hand, the 888verde system applies automatic protection for up to 90 seconds to allow reconnection. At cash tables, if the time expires without reconnection, the hand is closed with an automatic fold. In tournaments, a protection all-in may be applied according to the specific tournament rules. We always recommend playing on a stable connection.

9.3 Casino abuse

Any attempt to exploit technical flaws, software bugs, promotional loopholes, or the use of automated software (bots) in casino or poker games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances involved, with no right of appeal.

The User agrees to use the 888verde ethically and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or automates betting;
• Colluding with other players at poker tables to manipulate results;
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for unlawful purposes;
• Use of a VPN or other means to mask geographic location in order to circumvent restrictions;
• Any form of abuse, harassment, or offensive language directed at 888verde staff or other users in chat or any communication channel.

The 888verde monitors activity on the platform and runs continuous fraud detection systems. Suspicious behavior is investigated and may result in a preventive account suspension during the review.

11.1 Temporary Suspension

The 888verde may temporarily suspend an account while conducting a security investigation, processing a pending KYC review, or investigating suspicious activity. During the suspension, the User will not be able to access the account, place bets, or request withdrawals. The User will be notified by email about the suspension and its reason.

11.2 Permanent closure

An account may be permanently closed by 888verde in the event of:

• Proven violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information;
• Using the platform for illegal activities;
• Collusion or match-fixing;
• Request by the User (voluntary closure).

In the event of closure due to a violation, pending balances may be held during the investigation. Balances of legitimate origin that are not implicated in the violation will be returned to the User once the review is complete.

11.3 Voluntary closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Voluntary closure does not result in any penalties or withholding of legitimate balances.

The 888verde believes betting is entertainment, not a financial solution. That's why we provide responsible gaming tools accessible to any User, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum limits directly in the Responsible Gaming section of your account;
• Session time limit: receive alerts when you reach your configured playing time;
• Voluntary pause: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period;
• Self-Exclusion: request permanent removal from the platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the set period — even if you contact support.

The 888verde is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the User themselves;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to a security failure on the User's end (shared password, compromised device, etc.);
• Service outages caused by third-party failures, including internet providers, banks, or Pix operators;
• Betting decisions made based on information obtained outside the platform;
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by congestion in Brazilian banking systems beyond the platform's control.

The total liability of 888verde to the User, under any circumstances, is limited to the available balance in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 888verde reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, for reasons including but not limited to: regulatory changes in the Brazilian betting market, product and service updates, applicable court decisions, and improvements to security policies.

For any material changes, the User will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new version takes effect. The current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, along with the last updated date and version number. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new version constitutes acceptance of the changes made.
